Regarding delivery
We will ship your order within 7 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
We will ship by order number (order number).
We cannot combine multiple orders. You cannot specify the delivery date.
For address changes (forwarding) after shipment, please contact Yamato Transport yourself.

about shipping cost
We charge a flat shipping fee of 1100 yen (including tax) nationwide.
*If the total amount of the ordered products is 11,000 yen or more including tax, shipping is free.
All orders will be delivered by courier regardless of product size. Delivery by mail service etc. is not supported.

Returns and exchanges due to product defects
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product such as a damaged product or a product that differs from what you ordered, we will accept a return or exchange.
Please contact us from the inquiry form within 10 days after the arrival of the product.
After confirming the contents, we will contact you again.
Please note that we may issue a refund if a replacement is not available.
We cannot accept exchanges, cancellations, or returns of products unless the product is defective or a product different from the ordered product is delivered.

About overseas delivery
We only deliver domestically.

About overseas shipping using overseas shipping agency services, etc.
Even if the product is damaged after arrival, we cannot accept exchanges or returns.
Even if there is a shortage or mistake in the product, we cannot accept exchanges, returns, or shipping of missing items.
